ZDA: Zambia Investment Incentives and Special Economic Zones facilitation

Zambia Development Agency provides investment licences, information on tax and other fiscal incentives, and facilitates investment in Special Economic Zones (ZDA services shown on the ZDA site).

Domestic and foreign investors in priority sectors and projects meeting ZDA and SEZ criteria.

1. 01 · Investment licence application

   Completed ZDA application, company registration, passport/ID of principals, and proof of proposed investment.

2. 02 · Project feasibility and business plan

   Detailed project plan, capital cost estimates, employment projections and local content commitments.

3. 03 · Regulatory and tax documentation

   Tax registration, environmental clearances, sector licences and evidence of compliance with ZDA conditions.

4. 04 · SEZ-specific documents

   If applying for SEZ benefits: site plan, lease/land arrangements, and SEZ masterplan alignment documents.
